TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Your Data And Cookies
When you place an order with UK Swimnwear, we will tell you on the product page whether your items are in stock. If you choose any items that are not in stock, we will still charge you for the whole value of the order. We charge you at the checkout once, so that we do not have to store your card details to charge you in the future. This means our site is significantly more secure. Charging you once also reserves items that are out of stock. This means they will never be sent to someone else before you receive the item. You are entitled to cancel reserved items at any time. The transaction will appear on your bank statement as Web Shop Direct Ltd.
Customs And VAT
Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please check your nation's own import tax rates. VAT of 20% is included on items at the checkout.
Online And Distance Selling
What I Wear complies with Consumer Contracts 2013 and Online Trading Laws along with Electronic Commerce Directive Regulations. This supersedes the Distance Selling Regulations previously in effect. If you believe your parcel is either lost in transit or damaged, you have 21 days after dispatch to notify customer service. We are unable to refund historic orders as no investigation can take place.
Cancelling Your Order
To cancel orders, please contact us as soon as possible, using our contact page. If you place your order during business hours, it may be best to call us, as your order will be in the process of being sent, and we cannot alter orders after the moment of dispatch.
Refunds and Returns
Please see our returns page
for information on how to return your items. Please read the policy carefully, as incorrectly returned items may not be eligible for a refund.
